Signature deployment

New signatures are automatically sent to the users’ email address with instructions on how to insert it. Users are notified if their signature code changes.

Signatures in Outlook or Thunderbird can also be deployed automatically with AdSigner Agent, a service that runs on users’ Windows computers, periodically updates their signature files and is able to set them as default in email clients.

Agent is packaged as an msi installer that can be installed via Group Policy on multiple computers. Agent is always installed in the user directory and does not require administrator privileges to work. It is also available as a portable executable which does not require installation.

AdSigner Agent currently supports 32 and 64-bit versions of Windows and offers integration with Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and Thunderbird.
